Content advisory

This site sells novelty candles with suggestive, adult-humor artwork and product names. It is intended for adults. We don’t recommend it for anyone under 18, and by using the site you confirm you’re an adult who finds this kind of thing funny rather than offensive.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, product names, text, photographs, logos and other content on this site belong to the operator and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. “Santa’s Balls” and the designs sold here are our trademarks and trade dress. You may not copy, reproduce, print, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any of it without written permission. Buying a candle buys you the candle, not the artwork on it.

Your information and how we use it

When you shop or sign up here we collect what’s needed to run the store and market our own products: your name, email address, shipping and billing details, order history, and site activity gathered through cookies and tracking pixels.

We use that information to process and ship orders, answer your messages, send our own marketing emails (which you can stop with the unsubscribe link in any email), and advertise our own products. Advertising includes building audiences on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest; where that involves sharing contact details with a platform, it is done in hashed form and used only to reach our own audiences and people like them.

We do not sell, rent, trade or give away your personal information. The only parties that touch it are the service providers that run this store on our behalf (Shopify, our payment and email platforms, and shipping carriers), and the advertising platforms described above, each under their own privacy terms.

Products and safety

These are real candles. Read and follow the safety instructions on the label and on our product pages. Never leave a burning candle unattended. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by using a product in a way the label tells you not to.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep pricing, product information and availability accurate, but mistakes happen. If an error affects your order we will contact you to correct or cancel it before it ships. Colors and artwork may look slightly different on your screen than on the jar.
