Shipping Policy

The sleigh’s in the shop. The elves and I ship from New England now, and we’re faster than you’d think.

Cost

$8 flat to ship. Free when your order is $75 or more, which happens to be two candles. I’m not subtle.

Where we ship

Anywhere in the US, PO boxes included. We’re not set up for international yet. Working on it.

How fast

Orders leave the workshop in 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 2 to 4. In the busiest holiday weeks it can take a few extra days to get out the door; we’d rather pack it right than pack it fast. You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

Christmas

Order by December 12 and it’ll be under the tree. Order after that and we’ll still move as fast as we can, but I can’t promise the 25th. I’ve been burned before.

Arrived damaged?

That’s on us. Don’t send it back. Contact Us with your order number and a photo within 10 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Wrong address, lost package, anything else

Contact Us with your order number. A real person reads it, usually the same day.
